When will my order ship? Most orders ship from US suppliers in 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it does.

How long does delivery take? Usually 5–9 business days door-to-door in the US.

Where do you ship? United States only, for now.

Return policy? 30 days, no questions asked. If something isn't right, email hello@furrzio.com — refund or replacement.

Are your products good quality? We only stock things we'd give our own dog. Honest curation is the entire point.

Do you carry [X]? Maybe not yet — we're building slowly. Email us what you wish we carried; it shapes what we stock next.

Are your prices fair? Priced to be fair, not anchor-discounted. No "was $99 now $49" theater. What you see is what it is.
